Denicola's Dirty Rice

Denicola’s Dirty Rice is an excellent side dish especially during the holidays. It is also delicious as a stuffing in Bell Pepper or a filling in Enchiladas. There are so many ways to use Dirty Rice and if you talk to someone who was raised in the south you might hear them talk about eating dirty rice at lunch in school. It was a quick, easy and less expensive way to feed a large number of youngsters.
